Clean Earth of Williamsport, LLC (CEW) is the first PADEP permitted facility in Pennsylvania to process shale drill cuttings, and pipeline cuttings derived from gas exploration and well installations.  The proven methodology used at CEW stabilizes the material both geotechnically and chemically to deliver an acceptable, beneficially reusable, construction fill to be used at Brownfield or PA Act II sites.
