Clean Earth of Williamsport accepted its first loads of Marcellus drill and pipeline cuttings in November of 2011 and has quickly concentrated the market's need for an environmentally responsible process to recycle Marcellus drill and pipeline cuttings.

Clean Earth of Williamsport's treatment capabilities and beneficial reuse options provide a turnkey solution for drilling and gas companies alike looking to recycle drill and pipeline cuttings derived from well installations and gas exploration through a PADEP approved process. The material stabilized at Clean Earth of Williamsport is a geotechnically acceptable material for reuse at PA ACT II sites which avoids disposal into landfills.

Clean Earth's Marcellus operation in Williamsport, PA, is the only one of its kind providing full-service disposal and recycling services to all surrounding areas. A scale is available at the facility. Haulers can transport the material derived from the drill site directly to the facility. Clean Earth does not add material to the cuttings during the transportation process, therefore mitigating additional volume and costs for our customers. Our property provides ample room to maneuver various size trucks throughout the facility for a timely and quick delivery and drop-off.
