Grading and capping of a Brownfield site utilizing amended dredged material and contaminated soils.
Project Scope
Clean Earth Dredging Technologies has contracted with a publicly owned industrial real estate developer to provide fill material as grading and capping material for a Brownfield remediation project in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The property itself is over 100 acres and located near exit 13A of the New Jersey Turnpike. CEDT is acting as sole provider of over 600,000 cubic yards of fill material including amended dredged material and recycled soils for grading and capping the site. Future development plans for the site include 1.1 million square feet of warehouse space.
