Project Scope
Clean Earth contacted a potentially new client Advanced Environmental Concepts (AEC) to see if it could support them with soil treatment services in the Mid-Atlantic area. The client was a long time customer of a different service provider and was not initially inclined to change suppliers. After meeting with the client Advanced Environmental Concepts and describing how Clean Earth could offer rapid response, top notch service, and competitive pricing, the client Advanced Environmental Concepts agreed to give Clean Earth the opportunity to work on the project. Clean Earth provided soil approval, transportation and reuse services for the project in a prompt and professional manner. The site was an old garage over 50 years old that needed to be cleaned up.
Project Challenge
Clean Earth was tasked with the challenge of disposing of 450 tons of soil in a two day period, and needed to perform for our client. An aggressive schedule for transportation and disposal was created to maximize the productivity at the site to and move contaminated soil into its Maryland facility. Clean Earth provided the 10 - 20 loads per day required. Transportation services were on-time and scheduled In accordance with the client specification. This assured the clients excavation equipment and labor was used efficiently on the site to control and reduce expense.
Strategy
Clean Earth supported the environmental engineering firm that employed traditional grids for soil testing and analysis which resulted in rapid review approval and acceptance of the 450 tons of soils.
Redevelopment Site
Clean Earth is proud to have supported the redevelopment of a contaminated site, which was successful for our client AEC. The project was a success, with the client and owner pleased with the project being was a success with the client and owner pleased with the project being completed on schedule and within budget.
