Chris Stump joined the Clean Earth leadership team as Clean Earth’s Chief Financial Officer in August 2019 following Harsco’s acquisition of the company in mid-2019 and is now Vice-President, Finance Integration where his role is to oversee the integration of the ESOL acquisition into Clean Earth’s Finance operations. He joined Harsco in May 2014 as Corporate Controller, managing the company’s internal and external financial reporting and internal control responsibilities, and in May 2015 he moved to the Harsco Environmental Division as Vice President – Finance.

Chris qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the London office of Ernst & Young, where he specialized in U.S referral audits, and is a graduate of the London Business School’s Sloan Masters program.  After leaving public accounting he worked for ConocoPhillips and Campbell Soup’s UK operations before coming to the U.S at Armstrong World Industries as Assistant Controller, subsequently reporting to the CFO as Director of Business Analysis, where he worked on the company’s emergence from Chapter 11 and several M&A transactions.
