In the fourth quarter of 2015 Clean Earth added two hazardous wastes facilities located in Calvert City, KY, and Morgantown, WV with the acquisition of American Environmental Services, and most recently in May of 2016, Clean Earth acquired Phoenix Soil, a soil treatment and recycling facility, located in Plainville Connecticut. With the addition of these facilities Clean Earth has expanded hazardous waste services nationwide, provides a state of the art aerosol can recycling solution, and provides a soil recycling solution for customers in the New England market.
